Shuchita is currently working as Global Head of Programs for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion an European IT multinational. She has been a part of several award-winning programs in DE&I at Atos in multiple countries. Prior to this she has spent almost 2 decades of her career working in Human Resources, working with business leaders to align people, process and culture to the organization’s Raison d’etre, and Strategic Objectives.

She considers herself an ally for under-represented groups viz., Women in Leadership, LGBTQ+ community, People with Disabilities, Neurominorities and is a firm believer in inclusion & psychological safety as a driver for cultures where innovation & knowledge flourish.

She believes in the #payitforward philosophy and is involved in formal and informal mentoring programs for ambitious young women through their career journeys.  

She is actively involved in various cohorts for women in leadership, an academic council member for the SP Jain’s Management program for Women, and a volunteer and supporter for various organizations working for Inclusion & Belonging of underrepresented groups.   

She has an MBA (Human Resources) from SCMHRD, Pune. She is also an alumni of the Accelerated Management program run by Mckinsey’s Asian Leadership Academy. She is currently undergoing the course ‘DEI strategies for Business Impact’ from Judge Business School, Cambridge University.
