Mukund is  working as an Associate Lead SDET at UST Product Engineering in Research & Development team focused on Quality Engineering.
Responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the quality assurance team and working collaboratively with the Quality Managers and the Director of Quality Assurances Practice to develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of the practice. Have worked on different test automation solutions, DevOps, and Security Testing. Innovative person with a positive mindset to solve problems using technology and highly quality conscious as well as dedicated and willing to take on challenging roles.
He likes to explore new technologies and also would like to share my knowledge with my colleagues and with the community. He strongly believe that as we are constantly learning, the most important and challenging thing is putting whatever you have learned into practice.

Introduction to Blockchain, Smart Contracts and Dapps and How to test Smart Contracts ?

We will discuss about Blockchain Basics , the Ethereum blockchain, Smart Contract and distributed apps (Dapps). 

 

Majorly we will discuss and see particle examples of How to test the Smart Contract.  

A smart contract is code that runs on the Etherium Virtual Machine. It can accept and store ether, data, or a combination of both. Then, using the logic programmed into the contract, it can distribute that ether to other accounts or even other smart contracts. 

If you want code to work the way it’s intended to, software testing is paramount. 

There is a wide range of testing techniques, from simple manual verifications to complex end-to-end setups, all of them useful in their own way. 

When it comes to smart contract development though, practice has shown that contract unit testing is exceptionally worthwhile. These tests are simple to write and quick to run, and let you add features and fix bugs in your code with confidence. 

Smart contract unit testing consists of multiple small, focused tests, which each check a small part of your contract for correctness. We will see all in this session.  Thank you.
